「我的錢錢」的使用條款為 Apple 標準授權合約（Licensed Application EULA），並補充下列說明。兩者如有牴觸，以 Apple 標準授權合約為準。
一、訂閱與付款
- 付費項目：Pro 與 Max（月 / 年自動續訂訂閱）。
- 訂閱將於期滿前 24 小時內自動續訂並向您的 Apple ID 帳戶收費，除非您在到期前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂；可於 App Store 帳號設定中管理或取消。
- 可在升級頁或「設定 → 訂閱」按「還原」恢復購買。退款依 Apple 的政策辦理，請直接向 Apple 申請。
- 價格以 App Store 顯示者為準，可能因地區而異。
二、非投資或財務建議
本 App 提供的圖表、分析、匯率與股價僅供個人記帳參考，不構成任何投資、稅務或財務建議；股價與匯率可能延遲或不正確。
三、資料備份
請定期匯出或備份您的資料。因 iCloud 服務、裝置故障或操作失誤造成的資料遺失，開發者不負賠償責任。

五、條款變更
本頁補充說明如有修訂，將更新本頁面與「最後更新」日期。

MyMoney is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), supplemented by the notes below. If they conflict, Apple's EULA prevails.
1. Subscriptions and payment
- Paid items: Pro and Max auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly / yearly).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID; subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of the period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before then. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
- Use "Restore" on the upgrade screen or in Settings → Subscription to restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Prices are those shown in the App Store and may vary by region.
2. Not financial advice
Charts, analytics, exchange rates and stock quotes are for personal bookkeeping only and are not investment, tax or financial advice; quotes and rates may be delayed or inaccurate.
3. Backups
Please export or back up your data regularly. The developer is not liable for data loss caused by iCloud, device failure or user error.
4. Privacy
