你的帳目只存在你的裝置和你自己的 iCloud。不需要註冊帳號、沒有開發者伺服器、無廣告、無追蹤、無第三方分析 SDK，開發者看不到你的任何資料。
一、適用範圍
本政策適用於 李碩祈（Shuo Chi Lee）以個人開發者身分於 Apple App Store 發行的「我的錢錢 MyMoney」（iPhone / iPad / Mac，以下稱「本 App」）。使用本 App 即表示您已閱讀並同意本政策；若您不同意，請停止使用並移除本 App。
二、我們不收集的資料
- 本 App 不要求註冊帳號，不會收集您的姓名、電話、電子郵件或身分證字號等可直接識別個人身分的資料。
- 不會讀取您的通訊錄、簡訊或通話紀錄；相片僅在您主動附加收據時讀取（見下方）。
- 開發者沒有任何伺服器，您輸入的內容不會上傳給開發者。
- 不會出售、出租或交換您的任何資料給第三方。
三、您的帳目資料
- 儲存位置：您輸入的交易、帳戶、預算、分類、備註、標籤與收據照片，皆以 Core Data 存放在您的裝置上；開啟 iCloud 時，會透過 Apple CloudKit 同步到您自己 Apple ID 的 iCloud 私人資料庫，傳輸與儲存由 Apple 處理。開發者無法存取您的任何帳目資料。
- 共用帳本：若您主動把帳本共享給他人，該帳本內容會透過 iCloud 共享給您邀請的參與者，並依 Apple 的 iCloud 條款處理；您可隨時停止共享或移除成員。
- 匯出與備份：CSV 匯出與 JSON 備份檔在您的裝置上產生，存放或分享到哪裡由您決定。
四、權限與裝置功能
- Face ID：App 鎖使用 Apple 的 LocalAuthentication 在裝置上驗證，App 不會取得您的生物辨識資料。
- 相片：僅在您選擇為交易附加收據時，透過系統相片選擇器讀取您挑選的那一張照片。
- 通知：預算提醒與定期交易提醒皆為本機通知，不經過任何伺服器。

本 App 不含廣告、不要求追蹤許可（ATT）、不使用任何第三方分析 SDK。
六、兒童隱私
本 App 並非以兒童為主要對象，亦不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。若您認為有未成年人在未經監護人同意下提供了資料，請來信告知，我們會儘速處理。
七、資料保留與刪除
刪除 App 會移除本機資料；iCloud 中的副本可於「設定 → [您的名字] → iCloud → 管理帳號儲存空間」刪除本 App 的資料。Apple 所保留的資料，請依 Apple 的政策向其申請。
八、您的權利
依您所在地區的法律（例如歐盟 GDPR、美國加州 CCPA、台灣個人資料保護法），您可能享有查詢、更正、刪除資料或反對特定處理的權利。由於開發者本身並未保存可識別您的資料，多數情況下您可直接在 App 內或以上述方式刪除資料；若仍有需求，請以下方信箱聯絡。
九、政策變更
本政策如有修改，將直接更新本頁面並修改頁首的「最後更新」日期。重大變更會在 App 更新說明中一併告知。

1. Scope
This policy applies to MyMoney (iPhone / iPad / Mac, the "App"), published by Shuo Chi Lee as an individual developer on the Apple App Store. By using the App you agree to this policy; if you do not agree, please stop using and delete the App.
2. What we do not collect
- The App requires no account and does not collect your name, phone number, email address or any other directly identifying information.
- We do not access your contacts, messages or call history; photos are read only when you attach a receipt (see below).
- The developer runs no servers; nothing you enter is uploaded to the developer.
- We never sell, rent or trade your data.
3. Your financial data
- Storage: transactions, accounts, budgets, categories, notes, tags and receipt photos are stored on your device with Core Data and, when iCloud is on, synced via Apple CloudKit to your own private iCloud database, handled by Apple. The developer cannot access any of your data.
- Shared ledgers: if you choose to share a ledger, its contents are shared through iCloud with the participants you invite, under Apple's iCloud terms. You can stop sharing or remove participants at any time.
- Export and backup: CSV exports and JSON backups are created on your device; where they go is up to you.
4. Permissions and device features
- Face ID: the app lock uses Apple's on-device LocalAuthentication; the App never receives biometric data.
- Photos: only the single photo you pick through the system photo picker is read, when you attach a receipt.
- Notifications: budget and recurring-transaction reminders are local notifications and never pass through a server.

The App has no ads, no tracking prompt (ATT), and no third-party analytics SDKs.
6. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has provided data without a guardian's consent, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
7. Retention and deletion
Deleting the App removes local data; the iCloud copy can be deleted in Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. For data retained by Apple, please refer to Apple's policies.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, PDPA in Taiwan) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. As the developer holds no data that identifies you, deleting your data as described above is usually sufficient; for anything further, please contact us.
9. Changes to this policy
Changes are published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be noted in the App's release notes.
