本 App 提供台灣彩券公開開獎資訊查詢與對獎試算，不提供任何投注、博弈或兌獎服務。開獎與中獎結果一律以台灣彩券官方公告為準。
一、適用範圍
本條款適用於 李碩祈（Shuo Chi Lee）以個人開發者身分發行的「台彩開獎速報」（iOS / Android，以下稱「本 App」）。下載、安裝或使用本 App，即表示您同意本條款；若不同意，請勿使用並移除本 App。
本條款為您與開發者之間的協議，Apple Inc. 並非本條款之當事人，對本 App 不負任何責任（依 Apple 標準授權條款之規定）。
二、授權範圍
開發者授予您一項不可轉讓、非專屬的授權，供您在自己擁有或控制的裝置上，依 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的使用規範使用本 App。您不得對本 App 進行還原工程、反編譯、出租、轉售或再授權。
三、開獎資訊與對獎
- 本 App 與台灣彩券股份有限公司無任何隸屬或合作關係。
- 開獎與中獎結果一律以台灣彩券官方公告為準；對獎與獎金試算僅供參考。
- 請務必保留實體彩券作為兌獎憑證，並至官方通路兌領。
四、App 內購買與訂閱
- 付費項目：尊榮方案（月 / 年自動續訂訂閱，解鎖兌獎與我的彩券，並包含免廣告）、移除廣告（一次性非消耗性購買）。
- 付款：所有購買皆由 Apple / Google 平台處理並向您的帳號收取費用，開發者不會取得您的付款資訊。
- 自動續訂訂閱：訂閱會於當期到期時自動續訂，除非您於到期前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂；續訂費用於到期前 24 小時內收取。iOS可於「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱項目」、Android可於「Google Play → 個人資料 → 付款和訂閱 → 訂閱」隨時管理或取消。取消於當期結束後生效，當期已付費用不予退還。
- 一次性購買：「移除廣告」不會自動續訂。
- 恢復購買：iOS可於「移除廣告」頁按「恢復購買」還原；Android以同一個 Google 帳號登入即會自動還原，亦可在付費頁按「重新整理購買狀態」。
- 價格：以 App Store / Google Play 顯示者為準，可能因地區與匯率而異；開發者保留調整價格的權利，調整不影響已完成的購買。
- 退款：退款依 Apple / Google 的政策辦理，請直接向該平台申請，開發者無法代為處理。
五、廣告
免費版本會顯示由第三方（Google AdMob）提供的廣告。廣告內容由廣告聯播網選擇投放，非由開發者提供，亦不代表開發者立場或背書。與廣告主之間的任何交易，由您與該廣告主自行負責。廣告相關的資料處理詳見隱私權政策。
六、免責聲明與責任限制
- 本 App 依「現況」與「現有可用」方式提供，不提供任何明示或默示之擔保，包括但不限於適售性、特定目的適用性與不侵權。
- 本 App 顯示之資訊僅供參考，不保證即時性、完整性與正確性。
- 在法律允許的最大範圍內，開發者對因使用或無法使用本 App 所生之任何直接、間接、附帶或衍生性損害不負責任。
七、智慧財產權
本 App 之程式碼、介面設計、圖示與文案等權利均屬開發者所有。App 內引用之第三方名稱、商標與資料，其權利屬各該權利人所有。
八、條款變更與終止
開發者得隨時修訂本條款，修訂後將更新本頁面與「最後更新」日期。若您違反本條款，開發者得終止對您的授權。您隨時可透過刪除本 App 終止本條款。
九、準據法
本條款以中華民國法律為準據法；因本條款所生之爭議，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但不影響消費者依消費者保護法所享有之權利。
十、聯絡方式
1. Scope
These terms apply to Taiwan Lottery Live (iOS / Android, the "App"), published by Shuo Chi Lee as an individual developer. By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the App and please delete it.
This agreement is between you and the developer. Apple Inc. is not a party to it and has no responsibility for the App, in accordance with Apple's standard licensed application terms.
2. Licence
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store / Google Play usage rules. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, rent, resell or sublicense the App.
3. Draw information and ticket checking
- The App provides public Taiwan lottery draw information and a checking tool. It offers no betting, gambling or prize redemption of any kind, and is not affiliated with Taiwan Lottery Co., Ltd.
- Official announcements by Taiwan Lottery always prevail; prize calculations are for reference only.
- Keep your physical ticket — it is the only valid proof for claiming a prize at official outlets.
4. In-app purchases and subscriptions
- Paid items: Pro subscription (monthly / yearly, unlocks ticket checking and My Tickets and includes an ad-free experience) and Remove Ads (one-time, non-consumable).
- Payment is processed by Apple / Google and charged to your account; the developer never receives your payment details.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and fees already paid are not refunded.
- Remove Ads does not auto-renew.
- Restoring: on iOS, use "Restore Purchases" on the Remove Ads screen; on Android, purchases are restored automatically for the same Google account, or tap "Refresh purchase status" on the paywall.
- Prices are those shown in the App Store / Google Play and may vary by region; the developer may change prices, which does not affect completed purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple / Google under their policies and must be requested from them directly.
5. Advertising
The free version displays ads served by a third party (Google AdMob). Ad content is selected by the ad network and is neither provided nor endorsed by the developer. Any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them. See the Privacy Policy for related data processing.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- Information shown is for reference only and is not guaranteed to be timely, complete or accurate.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Intellectual property
The App's code, interface design, icons and copy belong to the developer. Third-party names, trademarks and data referenced in the App belong to their respective owners.
8. Changes and termination
These terms may be revised at any time; revisions are published on this page with an updated date. The developer may terminate your licence if you breach these terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting the App.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
