一、適用範圍
本政策適用於 李碩祈（Shuo Chi Lee）以個人開發者身分於 Apple App Store 與 Google Play 發行的「台彩開獎速報」（iOS / Android，以下稱「本 App」）。使用本 App 即表示您已閱讀並同意本政策；若您不同意，請停止使用並移除本 App。
二、我們不收集的資料
- 本 App 不要求註冊帳號，不會收集您的姓名、電話、電子郵件或身分證字號等可直接識別個人身分的資料。
- 不會讀取您的通訊錄、相簿、簡訊或通話紀錄。
- 不會將您在 App 內輸入的內容上傳到開發者自有的伺服器。
- 不會出售、出租或交換您的任何資料給第三方。
三、儲存在您裝置上的資料
開獎資料、您輸入的對獎號碼、已掃描的彩券紀錄、偏好設定與購買狀態快取，皆以 Core Data、UserDefaults（iOS）或 Room、DataStore（Android）存放在您的裝置本機。這些資料不會傳送給開發者，並會在您刪除 App 時一併移除。
四、相機權限
相機僅用於掃描您的紙本彩券以辨識號碼。辨識完全在您的裝置上完成（iOS 使用 Apple Vision；Android 使用 Google ML Kit 的裝置端文字辨識），照片不會被儲存或上傳。您可以拒絕授權，僅影響掃描功能。
五、第三方服務
本 App 使用下列第三方服務。這些服務可能依其自身政策收集資料，開發者僅取得彙總後的統計資訊，無法識別個別使用者。

App 內購買項目為「尊榮方案」訂閱（解鎖兌獎與我的彩券，並包含免廣告）與「移除廣告」一次性購買。
六、廣告與追蹤
免費版本會在「最新開獎」「歷史開獎」「開獎詳情」頁面底部顯示由 Google AdMob 提供的橫幅廣告。廣告內容非由開發者提供，亦不代表開發者立場。
- iOS追蹤許可（ATT）：依 Apple 規定，App 會顯示「是否允許追蹤」的詢問。您可以拒絕；拒絕後仍會看到廣告，但改為非個人化廣告。您可隨時於「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 追蹤」變更。
- Android廣告識別碼：Android 版宣告
AD_ID權限，供 AdMob 使用廣告 ID（AAID）；您可於 Android「設定 → Google → 廣告」刪除或重設。 - Android資料安全揭露：Google Mobile Ads SDK 可能處理裝置或其他 ID、大略位置（由 IP 推估）、應用程式互動與當機記錄，用於廣告放送、分析與防詐騙；開發者本身不接收這些資料。
- 歐盟等地區（GDPR）：App 使用 Google 使用者訊息平台（UMP）取得您的同意，並在「移除廣告」頁提供「廣告隱私設定」入口讓您隨時重新調整。
- 移除廣告：購買「移除廣告」或訂閱尊榮方案後，App 將不再顯示廣告，亦不會初始化廣告 SDK，因此不會再有上述廣告相關的資料處理。
七、兒童隱私
本 App 並非以兒童為主要對象，亦不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。若您認為有未成年人在未經監護人同意下提供了資料，請來信告知，我們會儘速處理。
八、資料保留與刪除
由於資料儲存在您的裝置本機，刪除 App 即等同刪除全部資料。第三方服務（如 Google、Apple）所保留的資料，請依其各自政策向該公司申請。
九、您的權利
依您所在地區的法律（例如歐盟 GDPR、美國加州 CCPA、台灣個人資料保護法），您可能享有查詢、更正、刪除資料或反對特定處理的權利。由於開發者本身並未保存可識別您的資料，多數情況下您可直接以刪除 App 的方式行使；若仍有需求，請以下方信箱聯絡。
十、政策變更
本政策如有修改，將直接更新本頁面並修改頁首的「最後更新」日期。重大變更會在 App 更新說明中一併告知。

1. Scope
This policy applies to Taiwan Lottery Live (iOS / Android, the "App"), published by Shuo Chi Lee as an individual developer on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By using the App you agree to this policy; if you do not agree, please stop using and delete the App.
2. What we do not collect
- The App requires no account and does not collect your name, phone number, email address or any other directly identifying information.
- We do not access your contacts, photo library, messages or call history.
- Content you enter in the App is never uploaded to servers owned by the developer.
- We never sell, rent or trade your data.
3. Data stored on your device
Draw data, the numbers you enter, your scanned tickets, preferences and cached purchase state are stored locally using Core Data or UserDefaults (iOS), or Room or DataStore (Android). This data is never sent to the developer and is removed when you delete the App.
4. Camera
The camera is used solely to scan your paper lottery ticket. Recognition happens entirely on your device (Apple Vision on iOS, Google ML Kit on-device text recognition on Android); images are never stored or uploaded. Declining only disables scanning.
5. Third-party services
The App uses the services below. They may collect data under their own policies; the developer only receives aggregated statistics that cannot identify an individual user.

In-app purchases are the "Pro" subscription (unlocks ticket checking and My Tickets, and includes an ad-free experience) and the one-time "Remove Ads" item.
6. Advertising and tracking
The free version shows Google AdMob banners at the bottom of the Latest, History and Draw Detail screens. Ad content is neither provided nor endorsed by the developer.
- iOSApp Tracking Transparency (ATT): as required by Apple, the App presents a tracking permission prompt. You may decline — ads are still shown but become non-personalized. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- AndroidAdvertising ID: the Android app declares the
AD_IDpermission so AdMob can use the Android advertising ID; you can delete or reset it in Android Settings → Google → Ads. - AndroidData safety: the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process device or other IDs, approximate location (derived from IP), app interactions and crash logs for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention; the developer does not receive this data.
- EEA and similar regions (GDPR): consent is collected through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), and the Remove Ads screen provides an "Ad privacy settings" entry so you can revisit your choice at any time.
- Removing ads: after purchasing Remove Ads or subscribing to Pro, ads are removed and the ad SDK is not initialized at all, so none of the ad-related processing above takes place.
7. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has provided data without a guardian's consent, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
8. Retention and deletion
Because data is stored locally on your device, deleting the App deletes all of it. For data retained by third parties such as Google or Apple, please refer to their respective policies.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, PDPA in Taiwan) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. As the developer holds no data that identifies you, deleting the App is usually sufficient; for anything further, please contact us.
10. Changes to this policy
Changes are published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be noted in the App's release notes.
