簡短版本：App 免費使用，前 7 天沒有廣告，之後畫面底部會顯示橫幅廣告；一次性購買「移除廣告」可永久關閉。咖啡廳資料來自社群共同維護的 Cafe Nomad，僅供參考，實際營業資訊請以店家公告為準。

1. 適用範圍

本條款適用於 李碩祈（Shuo Chi Lee）以個人開發者身分發行的「找間咖啡館」（iOS / Android，以下稱「本 App」）。下載、安裝或使用本 App，即表示您同意本條款；若不同意，請勿使用並移除本 App。

本條款為您與開發者之間的協議，Apple Inc. 並非本條款之當事人，對本 App 不負任何責任（依 Apple 標準授權條款之規定）。

2. 授權範圍

開發者授予您一項不可轉讓、非專屬的授權，供您在自己擁有或控制的裝置上，依 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的使用規範使用本 App。您不得對本 App 進行還原工程、反編譯、出租、轉售或再授權。

3. 咖啡廳資料

咖啡廳資料與評分來自 Cafe Nomad，由社群共同編輯，開發者不自行編輯內容。
店家的地址、營業時間、設施與評分等資訊僅供參考，不保證即時性、完整性與正確性；實際情況請以店家公告為準。
發現資訊有誤，可直接到 Cafe Nomad 網站更正，或透過 App 的「設定 → 問題回報」告訴我們。

4. 廣告與「移除廣告」

免費體驗期（前 7 天）結束後，畫面底部會顯示由第三方（Google AdMob）提供的橫幅廣告。廣告內容由廣告聯播網選擇投放，非由開發者提供，亦不代表開發者立場或背書；與廣告主之間的任何交易，由您與該廣告主自行負責。
「移除廣告」是一次性購買（非消耗型商品），不是訂閱，不會自動續扣。付款由 App Store／Google Play 處理，開發者不會取得您的付款資訊。
換手機或重新安裝後，使用同一個 Apple ID／Google 帳號，可在「設定 → 恢復購買」取回權益。
價格以 App 內顯示為準，可能因地區而異；退款依 Apple／Google 的政策辦理，請直接向該平台申請。

5. 免責聲明與責任限制

本 App 依「現況」與「現有可用」方式提供，不提供任何明示或默示之擔保，包括但不限於適售性、特定目的適用性與不侵權。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，開發者對因使用或無法使用本 App 所生之任何直接、間接、附帶或衍生性損害不負責任。

6. 智慧財產權

本 App 之程式碼、介面設計、圖示與文案等權利均屬開發者所有。App 內引用之第三方名稱、商標與資料（包括 Cafe Nomad 的咖啡廳資料與地圖圖資），其權利屬各該權利人所有。

7. 條款變更與終止

開發者得隨時修訂本條款，修訂後將更新本頁面與「最後更新」日期。若您違反本條款，開發者得終止對您的授權。您隨時可透過刪除本 App 終止本條款。

8. 準據法

本條款以中華民國法律為準據法；因本條款所生之爭議，以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但不影響消費者依消費者保護法所享有之權利。

Short version: the app is free, with no ads for the first 7 days, after which a banner ad appears at the bottom of the screen; a one-time purchase removes it for good. Cafe data comes from the community-maintained Cafe Nomad and is for reference only — the cafe's own announcements always prevail.

1. Scope

These terms apply to Find a Cafe (iOS / Android, the "App"), published by Shuo Chi Lee as an individual developer. By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the App and please delete it.

This agreement is between you and the developer. Apple Inc. is not a party to it and has no responsibility for the App, in accordance with Apple's standard licensed application terms.

2. Licence

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store / Google Play usage rules. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, rent, resell or sublicense the App.

3. Cafe data

Cafe data and ratings come from Cafe Nomad, edited by the community; the developer does not edit the entries.
Addresses, opening hours, amenities and ratings are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be timely, complete or accurate; the cafe's own announcements always prevail.
If something is wrong, correct it on the Cafe Nomad site, or tell us through Settings → Report an issue.

4. Ads and “Remove ads”

After the free trial (first 7 days), a banner ad served by a third party (Google AdMob) appears at the bottom of the screen. Ad content is selected by the ad network and is neither provided nor endorsed by the developer; any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
“Remove ads” is a one-time purchase (a non-consumable), not a subscription — nothing auto-renews. Payment is handled by the App Store / Google Play; the developer never receives your payment details.
On a new phone or after reinstalling, use the same Apple ID / Google account and tap Settings → Restore purchase.
The price shown in the app is authoritative and may vary by region; refunds are handled by Apple / Google under their policies and must be requested from them directly.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Intellectual property

The App's code, interface design, icons and copy belong to the developer. Third-party names, trademarks and data referenced in the App (including Cafe Nomad's cafe data and map tiles) belong to their respective owners.

7. Changes and termination

These terms may be revised at any time; revisions are published on this page with an updated date. The developer may terminate your licence if you breach these terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting the App.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, without prejudice to consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
